Honesty and transparency. Would value more investment in upwards mobility once transition settles into place between Arbiter & FamilyID. Middle management seems like an immense opportunity to capture and missing at the moment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Genuinely believe the employees drive our culture day in and day out and hold each other accountable. One area that could benefit from a little attention is a sometimes passive-aggressive communication style between departments.
