Organizing and creating new processes and policies to make my team more efficient
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hilarious, professional, and they work hard. They do their best every day no matter the volume or difficulty.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA is great. Insurance is par for most, but i think the best part is how they do the HSA.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very responsive, and communicate frequently and openly. I never have to feel like i have to hide or mask what i'm saying, i can be honest and open.
