When I reached 10 years of service i started end 3 and a 1/2 weeks of P. TOA year.

The acholarship foundation, it really look like its just a ponzy scheem to take my money and put it in your pockets, like i want a scholarship and not get the runaround about why its not accessable

I feel undervalued because i was hired with certain times i wanted to work and got preasured into working different hours because of "scheduling problems" and other employees being more important and favored
I could use a raise or atheist overtime but overall I'm happy

Getting the money i worked for because im still missing 200$ of my check no one talked to me about after i quit because the hours she was giving me after i asked for more and told them i couldnt work 10 hours a week.

If i got pay the same pay as the other shift manager
We're told that we can get raises annually but when the time comes they say we didn't make enough money or there's food costs are too high or we have too many employees which we have just enough to be fully staffed until someone gets sick.
We need to talk because your general person in charge has violated a lot of laws against many employees. So please contact me....
I do the majority of the work when our less strong people are here I'm told to babysit and end up doing all their jobs

Wheni come in, the start of my shift, i have to clean and stock up after them and management just let the employees leave with nothing being completed for the next employees. Even managers, .ost of time have to do there jobs. Managers leave early with communicating.always short staffed. A pay raise
Instead of buying pizza as a reward for good work, we should get bonuses like the GM and assistant GM do. Throw a gift card or a small bonus.
