the company has no care for employees side of disagreements with customers, they will let employees explain but overall tell them they are wrong

Not hiring only minors who can't even operate the slicer and hire responsible adults who actually do their work and not start drama, and hire shift managers who actually manage the workers and not just sit in their desk.
