This is ridiculous ib want to speak to someone
No benefits we offered, made to feel as if it was a privledge to not work during school time, so in all not benefits, no flexible schedule, overworked (2 people to a shift), etc
The acholarship foundation, it really look like its just a ponzy scheem to take my money and put it in your pockets, like i want a scholarship and not get the runaround about why its not accessable

Knowing when the person doing interviews is avalible.
Its ok, just dont try and make it look like youre a fortune five hundrend company and theyre choosing and executive
Actually hire people that want to work and have common sense
She just hires anybody and don't really care about the background.
Contact your workers and dont make them chace you down.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager is Horrible, then we have to safe face so the customer still have a great experience
the company has no care for employees side of disagreements with customers, they will let employees explain but overall tell them they are wrong
Communication and understanding from management having enough workers to cover the schedule.
Poor management, no communication, lack of training, and no care to succeed. The Limon Colorado location needs to have a new management staff or they all need to be retrained to be better
