The progress. Every day feels like we're moving forward, getting closer. Some days are bigger steps than others, but every day is moving in the right direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation. With a three day weekend guaranteed every month, plus unlimited PTO, you not only have the time to take breaks, but it's clear the company is serious that they want you to take them.

The diversity of experiences and perspectives, and the comfort and willingness to share them, even when they may be different from the consensus. Arcellx leadership has a lot of experience beyond traditional biotech that helps raise new and different ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like many biotechs, there is a lot of enthusiasm that derives from developing new therapeutics, particularly for cancer. But Arcellx stands out for its focus on what it will take to get from a candidate to an actual product, and the company's daily drive to deliver that.
