It appears to be more and more disconnection between research and senior management team. I think more of these survey that takes feedback is helpful, in additional to more frequent update on company's directions and priorities.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not like unlimited vacation, i prefer PTO. Best part is all coverage medical insurance and long weekend every month.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Research directions should be made more clearly to research team to know the priorities. Company development is also seems unclear to research as quarterly meeting is not enough. HR should also make better effort to introduce and notify new employees at all levels
