Some reappy amazing people, but for the most part people dont share what they are doing outside of their direct team. It feel secretive a lot of the time.

Patient focus, being guided by science, making decisions that will actually lead to a manufacturing friendly product
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of worklife ballance and respect of non working hours / time off. Micromanaging, cannot differentiate between tasks that need oversight and tasks that direct reports and do. No meaningful action taken after HR complaints of team memeber's refusal to work as a team.
