Company titles and salary are not commensurate with experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is open to feedback and they truly act on it. But some recent hire in key department have been toxic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ensure that company culture is encouraged in all departments. Seems some department have very good culture and they hire for both talent and culture but other department do not seem to care about culture fit. Ensure that top to bottom culture is consistent.
