The teamwork. I think it's really hard to find a team of people that truly works together and helps each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a good attitude and works hard, but works together and I think that makes the work environment really stand apart from others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free healthcare is pretty awesome and the 3-day weekend every month is a great way to reset and recharge because if it were just on me, I probably wouldn't take the time off that's actually needed. While the bonus and 401K match isn't as high as others, the fact that we get both is still really nice
