Arcellx is a great place to work, especially in the research department. We all get along well and have fun with each other. There is a disconnect with leadership and us but what do you except when the CEO is on the other side of the country.

We all have fun at work. We have monthly events usually focused around food.

I like the freedom I have at work. I'm never micromanaged. The snacks are pretty cool too.

My team is committed to get stuff done. We are a powerhouse. Whenever someone needs help, most everyone is available to provide assistance.

My team is very result driven. We all know what needs to be done and have no problem helping each other out. We have fun during meetings.

I believe the compensation package is fair. I have no complaints about my pay. I was also just given a pay raise so it's nice to be rewarded.
