The transparency (within reason) of the direction and decision making.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since we are a small company, the exposure and ability to contribute to many different aspects of drug development certainly keeps things interesting and fosters the desire to keep learning.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a subtle thing, but many companies in the area offer very little PTO. The unlimited PTO at least allows us flexibility even if we don't really take any more days than we would otherwise.
