Transparency from senior management (about who they are, that they care about the company, and the company's performance) and culture of respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammembers are smart and good at what they do. I can learn from them. They are empathetic and fun to be around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems (1) good at and cares about what they do, work as a team and support each other and their team. I appreciate also that they might have differences in opinion but align to still support each other and the company. There does not seem to be drama or politics.
