Warmly welcomed from the start. There is a constant buzz of excitement about what we are doing and accomplishing that keeps me motivated every day.

Just one? Two rise the top of my liste: Unlimited PTO and fully covered healthcare benefits! Arcellx pays the full premium for us which is amazing.

Things move quickly with a focus on delivering new treatment to patients with life-threatening conditions. It feels good to help bring a treatment To this group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great people! It is the foundation for an inclusive, honest, transparent work culture. Not only do the people have great character, but they are also great at the technical content of their jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive of me as a person and employee. I feel comfortable sharing recommendations that are not what my leadership is hoping for. They lead with curiosity and a desire to understand which makes it much easier to have productive conversations and to make good decisions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Transparency - no guessing games to figure out what you need to do. Collaboration - we support each other and work together to get something done. Ideas and opinions are listened to and attributed to the person who had the idea. This makes me feel confident about coming into work each day.
