There's a very strong collaboration culture. All of my colleagues are smart, hard-working, and very open to new ideas. I feel very comfortable sharing my thoughts and suggestions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really prioritizes the employees and actively tries to create and maintain a positive culture. They do this by checking in, asking questions, trying to stay ahead of other companies, and offering fantastic benefits. They also treat everyone as adults and don't micromanage.
