We have had ups and downs, successes and failures, but working here has been some of the best time of my career. Being in a small start up is very dynamic. New challenges always arise which means there are always opportunities for growth. And seeing patient outcomes brings a lot of fulfillment.

The work can be very demanding at times, but this is what makes the work rewarding. If it was too easy then it would feel meaningless. I do feel supported and appreciated by all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing we are contributing towards the mission of delivering life saving treatments to paitents.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We lack bureaucracy. Every works with everyone, at all levels. Anyone at anytime can schedule a one on one with anyone in management, including the CEO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think leadership tries harder than most to create fun, positive, and inclusive culture. As companies grow that becomes harder and hard, but i believe leadership is genuine with this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams really gels, works hard, and has had a lot of success. The company really emphasizes hiring the best people possible. This means positions may stay open for a while, but in the end, it resulted in very high functioning teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work we do is meaningful. Every job has things about it that is mundane, repetitive, or doesn't work and is scrapped. But at the end of the day, we all have a common goal of saving lives and improving outcomes for our patients and that is hugely motivating.
