They are competitive but not so much against one another, instead it's all for one and one for all competing with other locations/teams.
Theyre friendly, for the most part.
People need to learn respect and how to work cohesively. They won't at this org
Co-workers are lazy. They would rather sit and look at phones than do their jobs. They get mad when corrected and the supervisor over an assistant does not enforce anything properly which causes friction for the RAM supervising
Roles and efficiencies aren't clearly defined
