Awful worst company ever in the world

This company is a high stress job. They have absolutely no care about your life. Make them money at whatever cost and they also only pay you hourly or commission, threaten to fire you if you do not beat your hourly. The management is also biased and hypocritical. There are far better jobs

Treating employees like humans instead of robots

They cannot get better doing shady shit

Get it together. Finding a reason for Firing someone for voicing a concern with a store or supervisor is absolutely insane especially when you fired them for something that occurred months prior and never coached them on this. Not to mention the entire staff curses so it is biased and retaliation

I love the Daily pay option

Disrespected, retaliated, discriminated against greatly with this place.

I expressed this to HR who clearly is also biased and sides with the company and protecting their own assets. Clearly hard workers are disposable when they whistleblow on a messed up situation.

Raises aren't even considered despite large operational savings

They are competitive but not so much against one another, instead it's all for one and one for all competing with other locations/teams.

Theyre friendly, for the most part.

People need to learn respect and how to work cohesively. They won't at this org

Co-workers are lazy. They would rather sit and look at phones than do their jobs. They get mad when corrected and the supervisor over an assistant does not enforce anything properly which causes friction for the RAM supervising

Roles and efficiencies aren't clearly defined

The coworkers are what makes this company feel like family.

Nothing, its always a focus on your failures

On rare occasions the team would get along. When they were not being required to anything

The company is owned by Indian immigrants and bias is held in that direction. They even serve Indian food 4 days a week

Very simple and straightforward, also in person

Manager will hire anyone that walks through that door. High turnover

Management does not follow up well with references. Hires anyone that walks in door almost if he asks them to interview... high turnover

The environment is relaxed, self paced and not pushy to sell stuff to people who don't want or need the product.

What isn't wrong? That is the biggest question

Fix the entire way you manage and listen to your employees. Be fair across the board. Quit treating the staff like crap because they cannot make sales during a pandemic! Stop with making sales reps feel uncomfortable about losing their job everyday if shady sales are not performed. BE BETTER
