How common is it to switch departments or teams at Arena?
It is not very common that I have seen. There are a number of people who have been in the same slot for years and seem fine there. This keeps people under them from being able to move up.
What should I wear for an interview at Arena?
Jeans and a button up at the minimum, slacks are about as fancy as you want to go and a tie is not necessary. The normal dress is jeans and a T-shirt or polo. No shorts allowed, yet.
