Good people. Everyone just trying to keep it together.
Commitment dedication attention to detail
Great company to work for, but the pay, 401k match and time off are not anything that stands out from other employers. I could get paid more somewhere else, but ARI does treat their employees well and i am not sure how happy id be if i left.
