Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company reports record profits year over year, yet reduced benefits and increased insurance premiums do not reflect the successes.
I know for sure i could make more somewhere else. When accepting a promotion, you typically get a 7% pay increase and have to forfeit your end of the year performance based raise unless promoted early in the year. Not enough. 401k match is 3%. Thats standard, no great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people. Everyone just trying to keep it together.
There is a lot of comradery in our department.
They are always willing to help one another. If a question is asked it is always answered.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The comradery in our department

Accountability. What is good for me should be good for thee.
