    The company reports record profits year over year, yet reduced benefits and increased insurance premiums do not reflect the successes.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I know for sure i could make more somewhere else. When accepting a promotion, you typically get a 7% pay increase and have to forfeit your end of the year performance based raise unless promoted early in the year. Not enough. 401k match is 3%. Thats standard, no great.
