Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company reports record profits year over year, yet reduced benefits and increased insurance premiums do not reflect the successes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know for sure i could make more somewhere else. When accepting a promotion, you typically get a 7% pay increase and have to forfeit your end of the year performance based raise unless promoted early in the year. Not enough. 401k match is 3%. Thats standard, no great.
