- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?we are under paid compared to the industry average. Comp plans do not change to properly reflect outcomes. Commissions are split to compensate rather then pay multiple people on the same sale
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because my compensation does not fully reflect the scope, volume, and complexity of the work I handle. Pay aligned more closely with my responsibilities, ownership, and cross-functional support would help.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Some areas of the team could improve follow-through, communication, and ownership. Some team members overextend themselves to keep work moving, which creates strain. More manager involvement, clearer accountability, and better workload balance would help.
