I definitely feel valued and that I'm not just a cog in the machine: I'm part of the greater process and rewarded accordingly.

Very accessible, understanding. They want to work towards a solution and juggle well their many different tasks and priorities while still making time to meet with their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At the end of the day, they're interested in driving results and the customers. Everything we do focuses on that and I never feel like people are running around doing tangential things.
