The leadership team is a team of empathetic, goal-driven, hard-working individuals. I am so lucky to work under their leadership

If an issue arises, the leadership team takes ownership and addresses the problem. There is a true "open door" policy.
The entire leadership team is very knowledgeable and supportive.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are ok, would like 401k matching. Unlimited vacation time is a plus.
Full-time work from home and great health insurance.
Although I have no idea what (someday) the value of my stock options will be, I certainly appreciate that they gave them to me.

I think our health care coverage is okay. I haven't done the math, but I suspect our option/equity package is good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like the company to offer a 401k match.

Everyone seems to be supportive and helpful. There don't seem to be a bunch of hidden agendas but rather a unified approach to growing our business while improving healthcare.

Leaders recognize the contributions of individuals. There is no one trying to take credit for great ideas. When you contribute, you are recognized.

My teammates are supportive and reasonable. I think a big part of this comes from the fact that we have a lot of very experienced people who have a very clear idea of what they want to accomplish and are able to quickly make decisions and iterate so they don't waste time spinning their wheels.

The people that interviewed me all seemed to genuinely love the company and the work they do.

I love the services we provide at AristaMD. It feels rewarding to be able to support doctors, nurses, and patients.

What do you like best about your company?
We have created such an amazing culture of hard work, collaboration, creativity, and genuine human connection amongst our team and our customers. Everyone at AristaMD is a self-starter and problem solver, driven by our company mission and it shows!
The culture is nice. The ability to work from home or mobile is awesome.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
We are a start up, so I am looking forward to our next stage of growth which will add a bit clearer vision to everyone's work.
Since we are a start-up there are growing pains. In my position I have created many of the SOP's in my department in preparation for expansion. Of course it would had been great if these were already in place, but that is not what I was hired for.
