What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are ok, would like 401k matching. Unlimited vacation time is a plus.

Full-time work from home and great health insurance.

Although I have no idea what (someday) the value of my stock options will be, I certainly appreciate that they gave them to me.

We are on the path to IPO and all employees have been given some ownership in order to benefit from this. We also have reachable if also stretch goals to earn a nice bonus each year
