Morale is very positive. We work hard to bring innovative solutions to an industry that can be quite slow moving, but our successes drive us forward to seek more.
Good. We've faced a few challenges in our rate of growth, but our team gets along well and has had enough experience to execute quickly and with precision. We are solid.

What's the work from home policy like at AristaMD?
Every Friday most of the office works from home, it is very much acceptable
AristaMD has amazing support and flexibility on working from home when needed. Regular in-office meetings are encouraged but not required. The team has the tools for the team to use, and the focus needed to support a culture to "get things done" either in-person or remotely.
Freedom within the work environment at AristaMD is great. The company is set up very well to function within remote teams. Usually, the majority of the office works from home every Friday, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

There is plenty of room for growth and advancement at the company.
Currently, we're growing with the company. Average time in job here is less than 2 years, so career growth/advancement is a little harder to define than with larger older companies.
We are a small company so there's no formal career ladder that you are climbing. All growth and advancement is down to working hard and seeking out opportunities to grow and expand your role and responsibilities, for which there are many! A young and growing company brings many exciting challenges and opportunities.

Perhaps but I am unsure of the process, we all work together so any one role is not so restricting, your input in one role can be provided to all other roles
Yes, we work with management to make a clean transition between teams.

Wonderful and all encompassing
Good. Solid healthcare plan plus a doctor on staff and 200 specialists.

The support that our service providers to our incredible and hard working primary care physicians is what makes me most proud

How are layoffs handled in the IT department at AristaMD?
People to be laid off are notified and usually leave the same day. Then there is a quick all-hands meeting to notify us of the layoff and any appropriate details thereof.

How innovative is AristaMD?
Very innovative and constantly striving to remain cutting edge.
Very, though in a limited scope. Coming up with ways to get EMRs to communicate takes innovative thinking. Meeting the needs of large contract customers also requires some out-of-the-box solutions.

Not very difficult and AristaMD fosters a social life through the company and outside of it.
Not bad. The job takes a large number of hours, but is very flexible when it comes to time off for vacation or social events.

Client services is growing and every aspect is constantly improving
The business as a whole is growing quickly. The issues are in dealing with the bureaucracy of large clients.

Very respectfully and thoroughly

Very flexible. We all deal with the commute, so WFH happens a lot to get around rush hour.
