People are practical about meetings, and generally people seem to prioritize heads-down work over busy work.

I love that eConsults are simple and have a significant positive impact on patients, their caretakers, and providers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our health care coverage is okay. I haven't done the math, but I suspect our option/equity package is good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are experienced and bring a practical approach to work. They work smart rather than grinding away at the unimportant. They also prioritize their families and people at the organization. They work hard but also model and encourage others to have a health work-life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates are supportive and reasonable. I think a big part of this comes from the fact that we have a lot of very experienced people who have a very clear idea of what they want to accomplish and are able to quickly make decisions and iterate so they don't waste time spinning their wheels.
