Quarterly bonus based on my performance and company performance. company is totally open about why I received a certain amount.

teamwork, reward and recognition, feedback, but in a very constructive manner. people will tell you things and want you to truly grow.

people, the pay, the actual work I do. I know i'm making a difference and I can't say that about every other job I've held.
