A lot. Leaders are diverse, diverse in all aspects of the meaning and come together valuing ideas, contrary or not, as constructive. The open door policy is real. Mtgs or IMs with anyone is possible and leaders respond 100% and timely. They are smart, dedicated, collaborative-all believe in mission.
