The branch manager is very helpful, but it's very limited on what he's allowed to do without having to ask several other people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the inside sales representatives they have No business quoting prices over the phone. That ruins the the first step of your own sales process. They grabbed the low hanging fruit and ruin the chance of a HE Actually establishing a relationship with a customer.
Better listeners and a human resource that should be more involved in a technician issues versus management protection
