Engagement, everyone seems to love what they're doing, and the people they're around.
The coworkers are all good people and I love talking to them but we all know that we are underpaid and if we want a vacation we have to beg for it

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The entire office needs to be trained on customer service, Understanding urgency on incoming phone calls. Scheduling new customers in a timely manner, not making them wait for weeks. Just understanding the entire sales process and what is important
The office staff needs to be trained better on customer service and organization
Workers are overworked and underpaid. This is why we can't get work done. Techs quite due to micromanagement and underpaid salary.
