To be paid the same Commission as anybody else that sells something for the company not half of it.
More company contributions and better more affordable Healthcare options.

The entire office needs to be trained on customer service, Understanding urgency on incoming phone calls. Scheduling new customers in a timely manner, not making them wait for weeks. Just understanding the entire sales process and what is important

Workers are overworked and underpaid. This is why we can't get work done. Techs quite due to micromanagement and underpaid salary.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the inside sales representatives they have No business quoting prices over the phone. That ruins the the first step of your own sales process. They grabbed the low hanging fruit and ruin the chance of a HE Actually establishing a relationship with a customer.
Better listeners and a human resource that should be more involved in a technician issues versus management protection
