Arthrex also hosts several events for employees throughout the year in recognition of their contributions and to promote a family culture, including an annual holiday party and family events at local area attractions. Employees often participate together on "Team Arthrex" for various co-ed sports teams and marathons throughout the year. Many employees also volunteer on the Arthrex Charitable Team (ACT) and donate their time and energy to organizing initiatives such as food and toy drives, as well as our participation in health-awareness community events.
