HR is out of control. In my department there is an HR complaint every week, good are fired and targeted for no reason. Managers fire and harass anyone with talent because it shows how incompetent they are. I would recommend the owner does an audit to see with MGR is creating turnover

I feel terrified ever day I will be fired as well. The people I have seen let go are talented, motivated and more educated than their managers. The Manager uses HR as a weapon to retaliate against employees. Please do an audit of which MGR is in HR constantly. Fix the problem.

My Manager has no idea what we do. Manager not educated in the field they are managing. It is complete chaos. Manager is a distraction as we have to stop our work and explain what we are doing for hours every day. Then have meetings every week where they take notes to seem like they know.

Please take an audit for the departments who fire and have HR issues. You have managers who are toxic and are ruining people's lives, literally. If a Manager has their employees in HR constantly, you have a toxic manager who is the real problem.

Company bribes surgeons to take products. Overworks employees. No remote options. Racial and gender discrimination. Favoritism, discrimination, low pay, poor management, low quality of life, and lack of departmental innovation are all words to sum up Arthrex.
Owner needs to pay attention. Has promoted people who have been with the company a long time. However, the company has outgrown their education level. These managers are not capable of managing true talent. They harass, target and fire anyone who is innovative.
