We help each other, supportive, fun, hardworking
Teamwork makes the dream work
Depending on where you work, some employees have a very deep connection to the customer needs and have the ability for true outside of the box thinking that leads to novel approaches to solving issues.
All want to do a good jib, morale is low
The team is very diverse and focused on our mission

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My Manager has no idea what we do. Manager not educated in the field they are managing. It is complete chaos. Manager is a distraction as we have to stop our work and explain what we are doing for hours every day. Then have meetings every week where they take notes to seem like they know.
Stop all the gossip going on at work
Work for other companies if possible
They are doing the best they can
