Honesty and Integrity are lacking. Arthrex is a sales first company, everything else is sidelined.
Listening to employees, being neutral
Don’t work your engineers like dogs. Get rid of mid-level and upper-level management. Trust no one. Supervisors only like those who conform to their identity; they will push you out and make you constantly looking over your shoulder. Communicate expectations clearly. Have better mentorin
HR is out of control. In my department there is an HR complaint every week, good are fired and targeted for no reason. Managers fire and harass anyone with talent because it shows how incompetent they are. I would recommend the owner does an audit to see with MGR is creating turnover
There is no fairness in this company
Retiring, stepping down, delugating decisions
Need top down reorg. Owner need to reevaluate core principles.. help doctors treat people better, sounds like zoolander
Caring about emplyess is low
Trade out leadership for some best in class folks with the owners original "people first" charter.
