Mr. Norbert Chung has been Regional President of Western Region Health & Welfare - Benefits & Hr Consulting at Arthur J. Mr. Chung joined Arthur J Gallagher in 1995 and has spent most of his 23-year career in the retirement and health & welfare practices industry. Since 2003, he serves as an Executive Vice President of Western Region at Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. He is responsible for the management, development and growth of client deliverables, resources and earnings in the region's 15 offices. Mr. Chung has his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara and Advanced Executive Education certification from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
