We have a number of remote workers, so have learned how to effectively collaborate with folks not in the office. Our WFH policy is flexible and fair.

Casual yet professional, informal and nicely appointed. Open concept with lots of meeting spaces. Great common areas. It's relatively quiet. People wear what they want, but nothing too crazy. People keep reasonable hours. It's not a big party crowd, but not stuffy either. Good work/life balance.
