What do you like best about the leadership team?
I wish the budget restrictions would be less rigid
They seem dedicated to the success of the company.
Transparency and trust, along with accountability and competency.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Things have taken a negative turn in 2020, independent of COVID. The now-former CEO was the worst.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus, when the company is doing well.
Unlimited PTO is very nice.
My base + bonus is comparable to others at my level in other orgs. I do wish we had some stock options however as so many companies in the area do offer them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are great, but no stock options since we are owned by IAC. This makes no sense because other large companies offer stock
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity and level of understanding
Good people who care about the work they are doing and how we treat others.
Beyond their competence, they generally care about each other and the quality of the work they do. They aren't afraid to explore new tech and processes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More transparency, which was better in the recent past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Still some good people, but some heartless actions taken recently.
Very relaxed and opened environment. Really cool and interesting people from all walks of life
I like the work life balance, I like my team and how well we communicate with each other.

I like it when I can help other people be successful. Seriously.

Building walls that had been torn down.
