Ok bank a little slow

Their in-app mobile check deposit feature. Despite the fact that the check deposited is valid, current, and meets their requirements as stated in T&C, they continually will reject your mobile check deposit for no reason, leaving you with a now totally useless uncashable check bc it's been endorsed

Being part of a successful resolution to a vexing issue.

  • Depends on the position, but each interview consists of some behavioral questions around soft-skills that are important for each particular role. Any role that is more technical will have at least 1 technical component - i.e. whiteboarding

  • On-site interviews consist of 4-5 meetings that last 45 minutes each. We like to give candidates an opportunity to meet with a couple members of the potential team they'll be joining, along with the hiring manager, a department head and our CEO.
