Men, who were lower than me, were paid more than $30,000 more than me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
rampant sexism - very bro-y - and disrespectful. Everyone is out for themselves and don't care about their colleagues.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership. A new CEO and a director of HR who actually listened to you complaints rather than did nothing
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Show around the office -meeting the people you will actually be working with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The CEO needs to be let go. He only believes in the product so much in that it has the ability to make him money. He doesn't care about the cause, and that shows. It trickles down and causes no one else to truly believe in what they are doing.
