The workload grows and grows each day but the salaries remain low and below market rates. The customers are way too demanding and at times unreasonable. Just because they pay a monthly premium does not automatically cover a loss. Some losses or claims are simply not covered.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team or execs must understand the market pay rates is higher than what is offered. Even with the purported overtime pay we are still lower than other companies.
