It is a very dynamic group. Good chemistry. We all work very well together. We can work hard and also have fun.

We are all treated fairly and held accountable. They are great to work with.

All exceptionally qualified and capable. Mediocrity does not fly here and co-workers actively elevate and challenge you

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Talk to the person the issue is with. There is a lot of back stabbing and throwing others under the bus.
