No room for growth. Top heavy, lots of overhead. More executives and managers than actual workers.

I love this job. It is not necessarily easy, but it is definitely rewarding. I feel like I have a future here.

Talk to the person the issue is with. There is a lot of back stabbing and throwing others under the bus.

The CEO honestly cares about the employees, which really is the reason the culture and environment is so good here. It's not all talk. Hence the company activities, parties, and recognition programs are all top notch.

I love working here. I don't ever dread coming to work. Every day is different and the company is very flexible with its employees, making sure they are happy with their job.

Really listen to employees and what their interactions have been with management. The corporate office doesn't effectively include other locations/sites and alienates off-site employees. Treated as an afterthought. HR is unhelpful because they are too scared to interact with their manager.
