What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and their approach-ability. This is the first employer I have worked for where the leadership wasn't hidden away in the c-suite. It is obvious they really care about what the employees think/want.
They are very approachable and open to new ideas. They appreciate "smart" people!
