What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and their approach-ability. This is the first employer I have worked for where the leadership wasn't hidden away in the c-suite. It is obvious they really care about what the employees think/want.
They are very approachable and open to new ideas. They appreciate "smart" people!

The pay and benefits are very competitive. The company truly keeps the employees and their families in mind when deciding what benefits to offer.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a very dynamic group. Good chemistry. We all work very well together. We can work hard and also have fun.
We are all treated fairly and held accountable. They are great to work with.
All exceptionally qualified and capable. Mediocrity does not fly here and co-workers actively elevate and challenge you
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO honestly cares about the employees, which really is the reason the culture and environment is so good here. It's not all talk. Hence the company activities, parties, and recognition programs are all top notch.
I love working here. I don't ever dread coming to work. Every day is different and the company is very flexible with its employees, making sure they are happy with their job.
Very relaxed, informal. Flexible hours and dress code (shorts and T-shirts OK). Your knowledge, skill, and work ethic are what matter most

Being a part of something that is successful and growing. The quality of people that work here (some seriously brilliant people work here). Feeling appreciated for my contributions.
Flexible hours, casual environment, being able to make decisions, and the people that work here.
New, interesting challenges. Working with experts in the field makes you better at what you do. Very open knowledge sharing.
