Medical benefits are fantastic! The management team was willing to work with the insurance provider to ensure my subscriptions were covered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personally, the idea of work and life balance. AssurX values employees time away from work, and ensures this by enforcing a 4 day work week.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very straight forward. Manager in charge of hiring me was very understanding of personal goals and dicussed what I would like to attain from this experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting with teams as a new feature or idea is shared everytime. Further working with any internal team to release a project or aolve an issue for a customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team at AssurX is supportive and knowledgeable. Where every employee is held accountable to the appropriate extents, the management team is always happy to help as we share the same goal of providing the best product we possibly can.
