Work from home 4 day work week

AssurX has a good handle on work-life balance recently having gone to a 4-day work week.

I had worked as a partner for several years, so my interview process was different than others, but they still expected me to know my stuff.

Flying out to meet my new boss as part of the interview process. Good way to tell whether or not you'll both get along.

I talked to several people and was able to learn a different perspective from each of them as to what the company had to offer.

Was a long time ago that I interviewed, but it was simple and straight forward, no trick questions, just an easy comfortable discussion.
