There is a sense of community amongst everyone, despite all being remote.

We are trying to provide solid software for customers in a work-at-home environment. We have an opportunity to learn new skills all of the time, as well as teach them to others.

AssurX has a good handle on work-life balance recently having gone to a 4-day work week.

We moved to 4 day work weeks, improved our productivity and gives a great amount of time off to feel rejuvenated for the next week!

I have an expanded skill set wherein most companies I would not be able to contribute as much as I do in AssurX. This ability to branch out makes my position very fulfilling.
