Even though we are remote, we are still able to have close relationships with each other and reach company objectives and goals.

We are trying to provide solid software for customers in a work-at-home environment. We have an opportunity to learn new skills all of the time, as well as teach them to others.

AssurX has a good handle on work-life balance recently having gone to a 4-day work week.
Open forum, able to offer suggestions at any time.
We moved to 4 day work weeks, improved our productivity and gives a great amount of time off to feel rejuvenated for the next week!
